DELIVERY + PACKAGING
Currently, we only ship to the UK Mainland.
The UK – For UK orders we send out using either Royal Mail 2nd class service (1st class can be selected too) or MyHermes for larger items which can be tracked. Most items will arrive within 1-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then do please get in touch using the Contact Us page so we can investigate.
PACKAGING – All our packaging is not discrete and may feature the Sweet Sol logo or name on it.
PRICE + PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently operate using the PayPal payment system which accepts most major credit and debit cards. When you place an order a PayPal pop up box will appear asking for your payment details. As we do not take any payments directly, we also don’t have access to or store any card details you use the PayPal payment system.
All payments will show on your bank/card statements as SS Order
All prices on the site are the final price you pay plus any delivery charges. Delivery charges will vary depending on the size of purchase and where in the world you’re located. See Delivery section above for pricing.
Our products like merchandise and gifts are guaranteed to be returned or replaced if you are not completely happy when you return it in a re-salable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds shall be credited to your original method of purchase. In the interest of health and hygiene, we cannot accept sweets/food returns or recordable cards unless the audio module has broken. We only send out audio cards that are in perfect working order and have your personal voice message already recorded.
Special offers or combinations purchases such as discounted prices for multi-packs shall be refunded at either final price paid if returned in whole, or where a part order is returned amount refunded shall be calculated on single prices. (For example “1 mug for £8 or 2 mugs for £14” and only one mug is returned, a refund of £6 shall be made).
Once you’ve returned your order for a refund, please allow up to 28 days for this to be processed and refunded. Once refunded an email notice shall be sent to confirm the refund. Please allow 3-5 working days for this refund to show in your account. If your original payment account has expired then please Contact Us so we can make new refund arrangements.
We try to display accurate colours of our products on the website but please note colours seem may vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as you view on your own screens.
All sizes are indicated in UK sizes and are given as an approximate guide. As a lot of our products are handmade, slight variation may occur.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Once placed order has been paid and confirmed your order shall be dispatched. As we use the PayPal payment system this usually happens at the same time as ordering. No products shall be sent out until full payment has been confirmed with us.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity
If we encounter any problems with your order we shall contact you via email given on the order. We cannot be held responsible for missed communications that have ended up in your spam folder and recommend checking every now and then for communications from us.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
All rights, including copyright, on this website, are owned by or licensed to Sweet Sol Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Certain (hypertext) links in this site will lead to websites which are hosted by our partners. When you activate any of these you will leave the website and we have no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website which is not under our control.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
